With its castles, palaces, galleries and museums, Copenhagen is a fascinating city to visit. It's also a modern, vibrant city and very pedestrian friendly. All the major travel publishers have produced Copenhagen travel guides with information, advice, maps and illustrations.

The Rough Guide to Copenhagen includes lesser-known attractions in addition to the more famous ones. If you're a fan of the fairy stories of Hans Christian Anderson, there is a section on places that he is associated with. There is an A-Z of travel tips and a list of phrases that may be of use when traveling for tourism or business. The Top Ten attractions are featured and hotels and restaurants for different budgets are discussed. There are also routes outlined for scenic walks.

The Wallpaper City Guides are known for their focus on design and its place in a city. The Copenhagen Wallpaper City Guide is an attractive pocket sized book that shows the usual information on accommodation, restaurants, shops etc., with easy to use tabbed sections. Landmark buildings and design centers are highlighted. There are maps, rates and currency cards.
